All the Materials used for the following are supplied and fixed into our price rates:
Cement Render: Includes the supply of the sand, cement, render clay and dark bycol (liquid ball bearings) and the preparation on block / brick walls.
Acrylic Render: Includes the supply of plastic corner beads, glue and acrylic bag render.
Blue Board: Includes the supply of mesh tap, joint glue, and two coats of polymer render.
Green Board: Includes the supply of plastic corner beads, glue, Acrylic bag render, reinforcing mesh, and two coats of acrylic –based texture.
Hebel Block: Includes the supply of primer, mesh tap, joint glue, acrylic bag render, and acrylic–based texture.
Texture Finishes: Includes the supply of Sand and Cement, left off the float and the clients choice of Texture coating.
